How To Purchase
Purchasing an Approved Rental Property offered by UAHA is easy and only involves a few simple steps:
Step 1
Register your interest as an investor using the register your interest form and you will be sent all the information you need to purchase one of these astute investment properties.
Step 2
Select one or more of the NRAS Rental Properties offered by the UAHA that best suits your individual and financial circumstances. Assistance and guidance from your financial advisor or accountant is recommended.
Step 3
Complete an Expression of Interest Form contained in the information pack sent to you and place a holding deposit of $1000 per property to secure your interest over the property(s) for a maximum period of five (5) business days. This deposit is refundable in full if you decide not to purchase the Property (s).
Step 4
Peruse and complete the official property purchase documentation including the Property Sales Contract.
